WHO WE ARE

Nina McCracken is an independent, Charleston-based artist working across original paintings, custom skateboard decks, and limited-run prints— street culture filtered through a refined hand, no repeats.

PRODUCTS

• Nothing here is mass-produced. Original pieces are one-of-a-kind, and prints run in limited quantities, so what you see may sell out, and it won't come back the same way twice.

• Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

• Print sizing (5×7, 8×10, 11×14, etc.) refers to image or paper size and may not include framing or matting unless stated.

CUSTOM ORDERS & COMMISSIONS

Commission a piece and you're getting something made just for you — which means a bit more back-and-forth than an off-the-shelf order.

• Commissions are arranged individually (currently via direct message/inquiry) and may be subject to a separate agreement covering price, timeline, deposit, and revisions specific to that project.

• Deposits for commissioned work are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Turnaround times for commissions are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on current workload.

• Final commissioned pieces are considered approved once delivered/shipped unless a revision was requested and agreed to in advance.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

• All orders placed through the Site are processed through Squarespace's checkout system.

• Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, in which case you will be refunded in full.

SHIPPING

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• Estimated shipping timelines, costs, and policies are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page.

• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for our current return and refund policy. Custom/commissioned work is generally final sale, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All artwork, images, designs, and content on this Site are the original creation of Nina McCracken and are protected by copyright. This includes designs featured on skateboard decks and prints.

• Purchasing a piece (print, deck, or original) transfers ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, sell, license, or use the artwork commercially without written permission.

• Custom/commissioned work: unless otherwise agreed in writing, the artist retains copyright and the right to photograph, display, and use images of commissioned work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nina McCracken is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to shipping delays, product variation, or third-party payment processing issues.‍ ‍
